CRM Solution Sage CRM SalesLogix was selected to provide the tools the support department, as well as the sales force, needs to provide exceptional service to Marsh’s customers. Results The SalesLogix system has been expanded into three divisions of Marsh, totalling several hundred users. In divisions marketing to large companies, the emphasis has been on account planning and activity and pipeline management. In a line of business that involves significant lead generation and lead management, the system has been integrated with 3rd party agencies and telemarketers.
