Our premier support agreement - providing ongoing support to your staff at a flat, annual rate.
Note: This service is only available for clients who have owned Sage CRM SalesLogix for a year or more. Pricing is based on the MSP of the licenses you own.
SalesLogix Developer Support
Your technical staff will have access to the Doextra development team to answer questions, address issues, and collaborate on building functional technical solutions. We’re always on top of the latest industry developments and will work to share best practices with your staff.
Hourly Support Contract
Purchase a bank of support hours at a reduced rate from which each support call will be subtracted. This support option gives you flexibility to use support when and where you need it.
