- Improve pipeline visibility for management to know how, when, and where to invest

CRM Solution
Doextra CRM Solutions designed a custom data integration pulling from Holmes Murphy’s accounting and production back-end systems – merging data into a single, seamless view. The Access Hoover’s plug-in was installed to provide detailed contact data and list-building features. To address mobile access needs, Holmes Murphy users downloaded applications for the Blackberry, iPad, and iPhone.
Results
Since implementing the new system over the Winter/Spring of 2011, Holmes Murphy has seen a significant increase in Leads activity. The company is monitoring adoption and developing plans to improve the collaboration between sales and marketing.
