Challenge
Illuminate is a start-up division of National Research Corporation based in Lincoln, Nebraska. The company needed a way to track sales and service activity, volume and metrics as they launched the new program for hospitals and clinics on a nationwide basis.
Illuminate’s initial goals for the system included the following:
- Randomly drip leads into sales reps’ lists of opportunities to maintain a focus on dedicated leads.
- Lead management in an aggressive, high-client acquisition launch.
- Utilize a more centralized system of maintaining customer information and data hygiene.
- Track and analyze sales information more effectively over time.
