DoExtra Signature Support is our premier support agreement, providing ongoing support to your staff at a flat, annual rate. DoExtra Signature Support makes it easy to use DoExtra for all your Sage CRM SalesLogix support.

Note: This service is only available for clients who have owned Sage CRM SalesLogix for a year or more. Pricing is based on the MSP of the licenses you own.

SalesLogix Developer Support

When it comes to developing for Sage CRM SalesLogix, the DoExtra development staff is as versed as any technical staff in the country. By signing on for SalesLogix Developer Support, your technical staff will have access to the DoExtra development team to answer questions, address issues and work hand-in-hand in building elegant, functional technical solutions. We’re always on top of the latest industry developments and will work to share best practices with your staff.

Hourly Support Contract

Clients who don’t anticipate needing ongoing support can purchase a bank of support hours at a reduced rate from which each support call will be subtracted. This support option gives you flexibility to use support when and where you need it, as well as to go direct to Sage for your support needs, if desired.
